Work process:

1. Place the empty barrel on the roller of scale;

2. Artificial put the barrel under the filling gun;

3. Start filling;

4. Check the weight of empty bucket ;

5. Drop the filling gun;

6. Check the filling gun if falling to the suitable position;

7. Tare;

8. Fast adding ball valve is opened for quick filling, spray gun is rising with the liquid level;9. When the number of indicator shows is close to the target value, the fast adding ball valve closed,  then slowly adding ball valve opened to start slow filling;

10.  When the value of indicator showing reaches the value which is the target value minus the amount in advance, the slowly adding valve closes;

11. Test tolerance, if out-of-tolerance, then alarm;

12. Filling gun moves to out of barrel, then the liquid holding cup in place;

13. Take away the heavy barrel, the indicator tares automatically, and display the empty scale zero; 14. Repeat operations  to achieve continuous filling.
